Verhoogen keys
Every work on Refereed, Scansion and Art has a Verhoogen key: its creator’s surname, the year, and the whole title run together, as in Paz1957-PiedraDeSol or Picasso1937-Guernica. A paper takes its journal in place of the title, as in VerhoogenQJE2008. Everyone who logs the same work gets the same key, which is what gathers every reader of it on one page. When two different works would share a key — another paper with the same authors, journal and year; another painting of the same name, size or picture apart; another text of a poem — the later one takes a letter: Picasso1937-GuernicaB, then C. A review cites a work it has read by its key, \citet{Paz1957-PiedraDeSol} for “Paz (1957)” or \citep{Paz1957-PiedraDeSol} for “(Paz, 1957)”.
